Job Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for providing end-to-end strategic leadership, encompassing solution design and implementation delivery.

This individual plays a dual role across the sales and delivery lifecycle - acting as a trusted advisor during the pursuit phase and as the functional lead during deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pursuit and sales teams to provide expert guidance on solution development and support proposal creation.
  • Develop and manage effort estimations aligning with customer requirements and opportunity winnability.
  • Ensure continuity of design intent and solution integrity during the transition from sales to delivery.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight and thought leadership on in-flight implementations.
  • Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive and aligned solution delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end functional solution design across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide functional leadership on concurrent Workday implementations.
  • Facilitate key client sessions to ensure robust solution design and client alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong Workday implementation expertise preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in diverse environments and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A comprehensive understanding of Workday products and deep implementation expertise are critical to success in this role.
