Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Service Manager in guiding the Service Technician Team, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including scheduling service calls, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with the Service Technician Team to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing or offshoring industry.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
