Job Title: Customer Success Associate

As a passionate and empathetic individual, you will join our team to empower underserved families to take transformative steps towards accessing care. This role is unique in that it combines elements of sales and customer success with family empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the family empowerment function by managing the training pipeline, supporting best-in-class clinical training, and helping families reach their potential.
  • Uplifting families through guidance, support, and advocacy during highs and lows.
  • Partnering with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission and deliver exceptional care.
  • Building a thriving community through meetups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events, seminars, and conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience, including account management, customer success development, call center development, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in business analytics, performance measurement, and proficiency with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
