**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and organized Client Tax Specialist to join our onboarding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage client relationships, address their concerns, and provide timely solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required by the role.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Organize and maintain client data, transaction information, and tax software updates.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals.
