Job Summary

The Finance Controller will provide comprehensive financial updates to the executive leadership team, guiding fiscal planning and growth. This role oversees a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

Key responsibilities include Month-End Reporting, cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.

  • Financial Reporting: Support the executive leadership team in providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax. A proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Leadership experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
  • Technical skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team management: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
