Job Title: Strategic Data-Driven Marketing Leader

Data Insights and Performance Reporting

This role will oversee the development of data-driven insights to fuel pipeline growth through performance reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building self-service dashboards, analyzing marketing activity across geographies, and be committed to data accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align data definitions and lead routing logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute reporting that measures marketing's contribution to pipeline, campaign engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, build, and maintain self-service Salesforce dashboards that are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools across the marketing organization.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to extract key insights and provide summary reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to refine or build infrastructure needed to meet reporting or routing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing operations, analytics, or a related field in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and pipeline attribution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and outcomes.
