About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in transforming complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.

  • Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
  • Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.

  • Cross-team coordination involves collaborating with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
  • Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
Requirements

  • A strong background in marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.
