Business Intelligence Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to design, implement and manage a powerful data ecosystem that drives strategic decision-making across the organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for leveraging insights to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining a comprehensive data infrastructure that supports the needs of senior leaders across marketing, sales, product, finance and operations. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing data visualizations and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and driving change through data-driven insights

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset, including proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools, as well as experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a robust data infrastructure that supports business-critical processes
  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality through rigorous testing and validation
  • Developing and delivering regular insights and reporting to support business decisions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change through data-driven insights

The role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on data analyst or analytics engineering role
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel and BI tools
  • Experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot (must-have)
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, customer journeys and lifecycle metrics
  • A proven track record of building reporting infrastructure from the ground up
