Contact Center Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to support our clients in a contact center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
