
Customer Support Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
This is an evergreen opening for contact center representatives who are passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals and meet contact center performance metrics.
- Contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all contact center objectives.
- Manage all calls professionally, efficiently, and appropriately.
- Actively call out to assigned customers to explore additional sales opportunities.
- Identify and route proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable.
- Follow up on product backorders and order management.
- Configure components to clarify customer solutions.
- Complete outbound calls to new/existing customer bases and/or email communications.
- Advise and recommend product options, add-ons, and solutions suited for customers and their end users.
- Maintain and apply product/vendor knowledge to fulfill customer requests.
- Provide price and availability information within defined guidelines.
- Submit, track, and escalate quotes/orders from customers.
- Resolve and/or route credit related issues.
- Effectively investigate/escalate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Order Management and Customer Service Activities:
- All transactions must be performed accurately and meeting departmental SLAs.
- Enter orders into system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements.
- Manage orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy.
- Processing claims, redo/replacement orders or issuing In-store credit.
- Training:
- Attend all required trainings and display appropriate knowledge of materials.
- Attend Contact Center training and achieve a passing mark in assessments.
- Complete and pass self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in timely manner.
- Requirements:
- Fully equipped with formal education or training.
- Minimum of one-year previous sales/customer service experience preferably in a related industry.
- Experienced contact center professional with effective telephone, chat, email techniques and customer care.
- Key Skills:
- Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel required.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal required.
- Strong organizational skills also required.
