The Customer Service Specialist provides front desk support with a warm, professional presence via telephone, serving as the first point of contact for clients.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally. The specialist will route caller needs to the appropriate department or team member, provide general information about services and processes when applicable, maintain accurate call logs and messages, and follow call-handling protocols.
In this position, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving. Your strong interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, and ability to navigate company structure and team functions will be essential in providing world-class support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles (at least three years).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
- Able to quickly understand and navigate company structure and team functions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems and basic CRM tools.
