">Key Responsibilities
">- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and data management.
- Sales Enablement: Prepare sales presentations and proposals to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate information for future interactions.
- Success Coordination: Work closely with customer success teams to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
- Product Information: Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue and expand customer relationships.
Qualifications
">- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in B2B environments.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is essential.

Salary Range
