Telecommunications Liaison

ANRUMPC is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication services to our clients.

As a Telecommunications Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' communication needs. You will be required to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, ANRUMPC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their communication needs are met.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall communication.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to deploy in Intramuros, Manila.
