Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team at Good Voyage Job Contracting Services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using technology to manage customer interactions and data.
What We Offer
