Senior Property Manager Overview

The Senior Property Manager is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior property managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolve escalated issues professionally.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including advertising, scheduling property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements.
  • Evaluate compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes effectively.
  • Oversee maintenance repairs and upgrades, and manage large-scale renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational improvements.
  • Analyze financial performance, develop budgets, track actuals, and implement strategies to maximize financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong background in U.S. property management.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Availability to work in US time zones.
