Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our digital operations team. This role will oversee the delivery of client websites and digital assets, ensuring timely completion, high-quality standards, and effective project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include analyzing team performance, collaborating with leadership, reviewing and refining output, leading and developing the team, working cross-functionally, and contributing to company culture.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations or a related field.
  • 2+ years managing remote teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress, including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
Bonus Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and other digital production tools.
