We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to lead our web, QA & design team.

Job Overview

This role involves managing delivery from end to end, ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest standard of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure every project runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and maintain high-quality outputs while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production aligns with overall marketing strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
