Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Team Lead to manage and lead our paid media team. You will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel digital advertising strategies—including Programmatic, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter)—to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Programmatic, social media platforms (Meta, X),, video advertising (YouTube), and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize to maximize exposure.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate regular performance reports analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to inform decision-making.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the paid media team to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, brand, and sales teams to ensure alignment and campaign synergy.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Technology & Tools Management

  • Evaluate and implement advanced ad platforms and analytics tools to improve targeting and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and industry best practices across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in major digital advertising platforms and tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and automation tools.
  • Background in e-commerce, gaming, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and brand communication is a plus.
