Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Team Lead located in Taguig. The Help Desk Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of a help desk team, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with Help Desk software and remote support tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
