Job Title: Property Financial Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of property management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial functions for properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Utilize advanced financial software to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate financial data.

  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.

  • E nsure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property financial management.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with financial software required.

  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills with proven track record of accurate bookkeeping.

  • In-depth understanding of property financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
