We are seeking an experienced Property Valuation Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing financial analysis and market research support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research of real estate databases, analyze the data, and consult with industry experts to provide in-depth findings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess property performance and returns.
- Research and analyze market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to inform client decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
- Assist with due diligence activities, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
- Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think independently.
- Familiarity with file management systems and internet searching skills.
- Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
