Lead Generation Specialist - Real Estate Performance Marketing

We're seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in driving performance-driven marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.

Your mission will be to develop and execute strategic paid ad campaigns that generate qualified leads for real estate funnels. You'll work closely with our design and copy teams to brief and test high-converting ads.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, as well as a proven track record in performance marketing & lead generation.

  • Design and launch effective paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief and test high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales).
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
