About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through diverse channels and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Conduct research and identify potential clients across various platforms and networks.
  • Client Engagement: Establish relationships with potential clients via email, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
  • Independence and Motivation: Ability to work remotely and take initiative to achieve goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US-based recruiting practices is essential.
Work Arrangements
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST (US Shift).
  • Compensation: $600/month + commission pay.
  • Benefits: Paid sick time, PTO, and flexible work-from-home arrangements.
