We're seeking a seasoned leader in online lead generation to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies across various channels. Your expertise in traditional and non-traditional methods will help us expand into untapped markets.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to reach our target audience effectively.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly and manage marketing budgets effectively.
