Key Account Researcher and Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to own the front end of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have expertise in targeted account research, buyer mapping, contact enrichment, and list building that powers multi-threaded outbound campaigns.

Job Overview

The Key Account Researcher and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for translating customer personas into curated account lists using advanced research techniques. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • TAM & Account Discovery: Develop and maintain accurate account lists using advanced research techniques.
  • Buyer Committee Mapping: Build organizational charts and identify key decision-makers across target functions.
  • Contact Sourcing & Enrichment: Source validated contact information and enrich with role context, seniority, location, and relevant notes.
  • List QA & Governance: Maintain data accuracy, dedupe, validate deliverability, and ensure compliance with platform policies and anti-spam best practices.
  • Playbook Execution: Develop and execute lead generation playbooks using Apollo and Clay recipes.
  • Insights Reporting: Analyze patterns and trends to refine customer personas and messaging.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in research, sales operations, or lead generation roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, and Clay.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic account research and org-chart/buying-committee mapping.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • HubSpot or Salesforce admin-level familiarity.
  • Experience supporting ABM programs.
  • Exposure to intent data, technographic data, and email deliverability best practices.
