We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our leadership team and drive financial strategy for business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations
  • Strategic Analysis & Planning:
    • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
    • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
    • Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger
    • Lead ERP system optimization and financial system implementations
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies
    • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
