We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless support.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through clear and concise communication
- Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications
