Responsibilities
This position entails:
- Responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Logging, managing, and following up on all customer support tickets.
- Performing problem-solving tasks, answering product-related questions, and troubleshooting to ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Monitoring client dashboards and platforms, proactively reaching out to customers who need extra support with troubleshooting.
- Escalating issues as needed to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated on product and service knowledge through collaboration with the external team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in any field you're passionate about.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Show a willingness to learn about networks and IT technology behavior and operation.
- Possess basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form.
- Show an aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
- Display an ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.
