Job Title: Technical Support Manager

Job Description

The role of the Technical Support Manager involves overseeing the support bar team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for employees. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze complex data.

As the main point of escalation for complex support issues, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Service Delivery team to deliver high-quality services. The role also entails managing the support bar schedule, staffing levels, and workload distribution to guarantee optimal coverage.

In addition, the Technical Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all IT assets in the local office are managed and maintained to a high standard. This includes collaborating with global IT support teams to implement and measure global IT policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess global experience within a business services environment, preferably in video games development or a highly technical development environment. Strong knowledge of first and second line support operations, as well as ServiceNow and industry trends, is essential.

Excellent relationship building skills, the ability to work in a matrix management environment, and proven experience in managing a high-performing customer service or support team are also crucial. Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to analyze, interpret, and report on complex data are required.
