Job Title: Senior Implementation Lead

Job Description:

A key role exists to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation for assigned SaaS platforms. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, effectively communicating them to developer teams to ensure the implementation meets business needs, quality standards, and enhances end-user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or improvements to SaaS platform configuration.
  • Document requirements and communicate them effectively to the development teams.
  • Ensure implementation features meet specified requirements and quality standards.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly experience, leveraging user feedback and usability testing.
  • Lead releases for new functionalities based on business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements to meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and effective communication with development teams.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and methodologies to advocate for user-centered design.
  • Ability to identify problems, propose holistic solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Extensive experience with assigned SaaS platforms (3+ products).
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
