Job Overview

As a seasoned Salesforce administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This dynamic role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and effective communication skills to drive success within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architecture: Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Development and Customization: Create custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards. Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling within the team. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and guide the team on adoption where applicable.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
