Salesforce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow configuration, project delivery, and prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis and gather information to understand the needs and challenges of clients
- Work closely with stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions
- Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes
- Configure Salesforce features to support business requirements
- Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals
- Provide expertise during pre-sales to develop and review proposals
- Deliver configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses
- At least 3-4 years of experience as Functional Consultant using Salesforce
- Background in workflow configuration
- Experience in project delivery role
- Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support
