Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce consultant to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

The successful candidate will be a respected consultant and advocate, providing high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery. Building strong relationships is integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather client business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Desired Skills
  • Salesforce expertise, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Configuration and declarative skills to configure and customise applications.
  • Salesforce Flow expertise to design and implement process automation and complex business logic.
  • Data management skills to perform data migration, cleansing, and integration.
