Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and effective learning experiences for various educational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning resources, activities, and assessments to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to co-design and create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Support the team's work with external stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with client objectives.
  • Work independently or as part of a distributed team using collaboration and project management tools to achieve outstanding results.
  • Create student-facing materials that adhere to qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in the education sector.
  • Proven expertise in designing human-centred learning experiences by applying learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability, using design thinking approaches to drive innovation.
  • Experience with digital education technologies, including learning management systems, audio-visual, and interactive media.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, autonomy, and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
