We are seeking a skilled Junior Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

  • Support cross-functional teams by ensuring information and documentation are properly structured and accessible.
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models, with excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing workflows and tools.
