We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Coordinator to join our team in Manila. Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective processes for gathering, organizing, and sharing information to support work-winning activities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, review, and maintain high-quality work-winning content
- Maintain consistency across the knowledge base by working with internal stakeholders
- Implement WSP's knowledge management strategy
- Use AI to enhance the extraction of company knowledge and information, thereby improving the quality of information provided to the business
- Review organizational knowledge repositories to identify opportunities for enhancing knowledge management in support of work-winning activities
- Oversee inputs to various knowledge management platforms
- Promote document control and knowledge management best practices
Key Qualifications
Applicants must possess a degree in business, information management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in knowledge and/or content management
- Significant experience in gathering, storing, and sharing organizational knowledge assets
- Experience developing and implementing knowledge management processes and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and other MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably, experience in professional services

Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, time management capabilities in a fast-paced environment, and analytical skills to tackle critical situations. They should be able to take the initiative, exercise commitment and dedication while working independently and within a team, and demonstrate professionalism, approachability, and dependability. Strong attention to detail and efficient organizational and time management skills are also essential.
