The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Organization Development Specialist to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is crucial for developing and implementing programs and interventions at all stages of the Organization Development Cycle. They are responsible for establishing strategic business partnerships across the community to ensure organizational changes and developmental interventions are properly implemented.
This role will report directly to the Head of the Organization and Talent Development.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop effective and efficient organizational design strategies in partnership with the management team.
- Ensure accurate documentation and assessment of skills and experiences that are essential for all roles in the organization.
- Drive company culture aligned with the management strategy.
- Ensure productivity and performance alignment of the workforce with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop a high-performing workforce and craft career paths to maximize employee potential.

Ideally, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or any related courses with at least 3-5 years of experience in Organization Development.
