Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Organizational Development (OD) Manager to oversee human resources functions within our organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage talent for various roles across manufacturing and administration.

  • Design and lead training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Oversee performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the garment manufacturing or similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development strategies.

  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee development.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
