Eligibility:
Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
  • Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
  • Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements.
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, and least 5 years in Employee Central.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
  • Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices.
