Our flagship product, BCI LeadManager, empowers professionals in the construction industry to find, track, and close project leads effectively. Position OverviewWe are looking for a driven Business Development Consultant who will undertake a 360-degree sales approach, working with a diverse range of clients, understanding their business outcomes and marketing strategies, and proposing services to suit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team and work alongside other departments in the business, including our account management and events teams.

What we offer for this role:Basic salary, allowance, business travel reimbursement & monthly Commission - the salary range indicates the average potential earning

Training & Development - Training is provided, but we require your commitment too Actively search and prospect new potential clients. Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects.

Set appointments with potential clients. Understand potential client business needs. Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services to their business needs.

Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly. Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system. Participate in company events/activities as required.

Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time. The ideal consultant to join our team Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B corporate sales experienceA Business, Marketing, and Communication degree is an advantage

Determined and ready to face sales challenges.Result-oriented and open to learning new skills.Amenable to work in Makati on on-site arrangement.Seniority level
