We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions for real estate properties. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy in accounting records and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Utilize industry-leading software to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting
  • Extensive hands-on experience with leading accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
