- Administer bi-weekly edits of property spreadsheets for upload to the website and HubSpot, creating two different versions for each platform.
- Provide regular updates of the online calendar via Google.
- Ensure new additions to client lists are marked as Marketing to receive newsletters on a monthly basis.
- Support lead generation by searching for new clients using Google, websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, and listing sites under supervisor guidance.
- Input data including creation of Companies and their related Contacts with names, emails, phone numbers, and religious affiliation.
- Connect with clients on social media platforms: follow on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and connect with current contacts on LinkedIn.
- Conduct research on events, religious affairs of interest, and news sources to contribute to engagement strategies.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Maintain organized records of documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in editing spreadsheets and managing data are crucial.
- Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude are beneficial.
