Job Title: Digital Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive part-time Digital Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our hotel development and management operations.

About the Position:

  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence.
  • Screen emails and advise what requires attention.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to free up our time.
  • Set up folders in Dropbox for various projects and directories.
  • Organize and manage schedules and appointments.
  • Draft and send responses to various inquiries.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems for seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective response to inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs.
  • Dropbox experience.
  • Excel - basic to intermediate.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English. Good written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in the real estate or hotel industry is ideal.
