We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative support to senior leadership as an Administrative Support Specialist.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2.5-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Office applications and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
- Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
