This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the legal team.
About the Role
- We are seeking a candidate with experience in operations support, record management, or client service.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the legal team, including coordination of tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members.
- Ensure that training programs are well-organized, communicated effectively, and that all necessary resources and materials are prepared.
- Manage and prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities.
- Provide insights and updates to support decision-making and operational planning.
- Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, including recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring that conflicts are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in maintaining records of client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service.
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
