Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. This role involves identifying and acquiring new partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and optimizing market performance to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue growth targets, leveraging market research and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in representing our offerings on our platforms.
  • Provide data-driven market analysis, track industry trends, and recommend strategic actions based on robust data and market understanding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development/sales role, preferably in e-commerce and online travel agencies (OTAs) supply.
  • Strong commercial skills with a demonstrated ability to lead negotiations, drive growth, and build long-term, effective partner relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable business insights.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on strategic importance and business impact.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for partner visits or to explore new opportunities as required.
