Quality Assurance Director

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance Director to lead our testing efforts. As a key member of our software development team, you will oversee the testing process and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers to develop and implement effective testing strategies.
  • Oversee the testing of ERP systems, focusing on integration, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Manage manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define requirements and test cases.
  • Identify and track defects while driving resolutions for seamless product releases.
  • Continuously improve QA workflows, tools, and team productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience testing ERP systems and understanding their workflows.
  • Proficient in QA tools like Selenium, Postman, and JIRA, with expertise in manual and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development environments.
  • Exceptional team-building and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring QA teams.
