Role Overview:
  1. Develops, implements, and maintains QA-related training programs based on organizational and employee needs.
  2. Conducts onboarding training, annual GMP refreshers, and role-specific QA training.
  3. Ensures training content is aligned with current regulatory expectations and company SOPs.
  4. Tracks training effectiveness and maintains training records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Maintains employee professional development through arrangements of CPD courses for licensed employees.
  6. Ensures that learning from consultancies, programs, researches, conferences, and other activities are reflected in training content.
Qualifications:Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QA roles.
  • 1+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs within a regulated industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GMP environments and QA systems, including CAPA, deviation management, batch record review, and change control.
  • Familiarity with regulatory inspections and audit preparation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of PIC/s, GMP, FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training.
  • Excellent instructional design skills, with the ability to create SOP-based, role-specific, and compliance-driven training materials.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills - able to train cross-functional teams from entry-level QA personnel to senior staff.
  • Ability to perform training needs analysis (TNA) and develop targeted learning plans.
  • Know-how in instructional design is considered a valuable asset.
