Learning Experience Manager Position

We are seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead our team and drive the day-to-day execution of curriculum quality, content updates, and sprint delivery across various programs.

This role reports to the Director of Design and Development and is responsible for ensuring that curriculum builds and updates move forward on time, meet instructional standards, and align to both academic and organizational goals.

This includes maintaining QA systems, enforcing deadlines, conducting needs analysis, and supporting the integration of peer-reviewed sources and rubrics in academic content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of learning analysts
  • Own the QA process for learning materials, rubrics, assessments, and training artifacts
  • Lead sprint planning, milestone tracking, and feedback cycles for all curriculum builds and updates
  • Maintain curriculum documentation, version control, and status tracking for various programs
  • Monitor and enforce content development timelines and escalate blockers early
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis and partner with the DnD Director to scope new training initiatives
  • Collaborate with trainers and specialists to ensure curriculum execution reflects strategic intent
  • Track and report QA trends and training metrics to inform continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum operations, or learning program management
  • Experience managing or mentoring learning analysts, instructional designers, or training coordinators
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, QA processes, and rubric-aligned assessment
  • Familiarity with academic course development and accreditation-aligned content design
  • Proficient in managing sprint-based workflows, timelines, and cross-functional communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity
