Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery and meet defined standards.
  • Oversee the testing of ERP systems, focusing on integration, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Manage manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and seamless product releases.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an agile environment to define requirements and test cases.
  • Identify and track defects while driving resolutions and improving QA workflows.
  • Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure applications meet defined standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to stakeholders and drive business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: At least 5 years in Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in a leadership role and expertise in manual and automated testing.
  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience testing ERP systems and understanding their workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QA tools like Selenium, Postman, and JIRA.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development environments and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership: Exceptional team-building and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring QA teams and driving business results.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Preferred: Experience in performance and load testing, and familiarity with cloud-hosted applications.
